  • Messages you send us. If you email or DM us, we’ll receive the information you include (for example, your name, email address, and message).

  • The information and materials on this site are for general informational and educational purposes only and are not legal, financial, medical, psychological, or other professional advice.

How we use information

  • To operate and improve the site and understand what content resonates.

  • To send updates if you opted in (you can unsubscribe anytime via the link in those emails).

  • To respond to inquiries (media, partnerships, or general questions).

Sharing

We don’t sell personal information. We may share limited data with service providers who help us run the site and email (e.g., Squarespace, Substack, analytics providers). Those services process data under their own privacy terms.
