How If Happens Came About

I’ve lived four major transformations. Each began as a setback. The through-line was consistent: tell the truth about where I was, remove the noise, and install structure. Every time, the pivot outpaced what I thought was possible.

In the last few years I watched a broader pattern emerge especially for Gen X. Consolidations erased whole layers from org charts. Hiring filters favored recency over depth. Costs rose in both directions: launching kids and caring for aging parents. I dug into the data behind the employment headlines and found what many were already living . A squeeze from all sides.

If Happens exists to speak to that reality and to help people move through it with honest analysis and practical structure.

My Track Record

Build — Co-founded a multi-million-dollar production company delivering VFX for major film franchises (Star Trek; Iron Man; Mission: Impossible, The Chronicles of Narnia).
Scale — Led global operations for Activision Central Tech; capabilities that supported Call of Duty’s growth from roughly $1B to ~$2B annually.
Operate — 20+ years designing teams, systems, and cadence that hold under pressure.
